What does the one-time fee cover?
The build fee covers the entire AI-powered build process: the intake conversation, spec generation, code generation, automated testing, and deployment to a live URL. It also includes the first 3 months of hosting, monitoring, and auto-healing.
What does the monthly fee cover?
From month 4 onward, the monthly fee covers Railway hosting infrastructure, the PostgreSQL database, automated health monitoring (checks every 15 minutes), and self-healing for common issues. Cancel anytime and your app stays live through the end of the billing period.
What if my app needs changes after it is built?
You can request a rebuild at any time. Rebuilds are priced at 50% of the original tier build fee and go through the same build, test, and deploy pipeline.
How long does the build take?
Most apps complete within 30 to 60 minutes of payment. Complex Scale-tier apps may take up to 2 hours.
What if the build fails?
If your app fails automated testing and cannot be fixed within 15 build loops, you receive a full refund of the build fee.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every app is deployed to a *.up.railway.app URL by default. If you have a domain (e.g. app.mybusiness.com), we will set it up for you during deployment. If you need a domain, we can help you register one — they typically cost $10–$15/year from a registrar like Cloudflare or Namecheap.
Can my app accept payments?
Craft & Ship apps include a Stripe-ready foundation (environment variables, webhook structure) but do not generate full checkout or subscription flows. For accepting payments today, we recommend Stripe Payment Links: create a payment page in your Stripe dashboard in minutes and share the link from your app. No code required, and it works with any tier.
